Royal Road University Vision Video

I was commissioned by Royal Road University in Victoria BC to produce a video to communicate their new vision and goals.
CONCEPT:
RRU valued diversity, inclusivity and accessibility very much. So I thought using various rocks I have collected all over the world would be great for representing these values, while providing tangible and fun aesthetics to carry the video forward.
STORYBOARDS:
Based on the script, I made storyboards.
STYLEFRAMES:
Once the storyboards and animatic was approved, I created styleframes.
STOPMOTION:
Then I shot all the stopmotion parts.
CEL ANIMATION and COMPOSITING:
Then I composited stopmotion and created the 2D cel animation part.
